Requirements:

Proven experience with BIM software development and IFC data handling.

Strong coding skills in Python and NodeJS; familiarity with FastAPI and NestJS.

Knowledge of BIM authoring tools (Revit, Tekla, ArchiCAD) and schema standards.

Experience integrating data pipelines with AI and rule validation systems.

Ability to collaborate across teams in a fast-paced, R&D-driven environment.
Responsibilities:

Build robust software modules to extract and preprocess data from IFC files.

Develop interfaces to feed BIM model data into AI/LLM-driven rule engines.

Collaborate on designing scalable, containerized microservices.

Work with the team to evaluate storage options for IFC metadata and rule outcomes.

Support the implementation of secure, compliant solutions (UAE data regulations).
