Currently, we are searching for a Position Name to join the big team of professionals. 

Project – IT Solutions . 
Full technology stack on the project – BIM , IFC2x3, IFC4, and IFC4.3 models    .

 

Requirements:

  • Expertise in IFC schema and BIM platforms (e.g., Revit, ArchiCAD, Tekla).

  • Proficient in Python and/or JavaScript with experience in geometry computation.

  • Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redis, and microservices in Docker/Kubernetes.

  • Experience with rule engines and parsing large datasets.

  • Strong understanding of 3D rendering pipelines and model preprocessing.

Responsibilities:

  • Structure, parse, and interpret geometric/parametric data from IFC2x3, IFC4, and IFC4.3 models.

  • Develop algorithms to support rule-based compliance validation across disciplines.

  • Collaborate with AI teams for LLM integration in 3D BIM analysis pipelines.

  • Optimize data handling for large-scale BIM models (load-on-demand, level of detail).

  • Contribute to solution architecture and participate in peer reviews.
