Project – IT Solutions . 
Full technology stack on the project – LLMs (GPT, BERT), Transformers, Vector DBs (Pinecone, FAISS), Hugging Face, LangChain  . 

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in ML/NLP, with at least 2+ years in LLM-related work.

• Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries ( PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers).

• Experience with document classification, information extraction, and question answering.

• Familiarity with BIM/IFC data models or willingness to learn domain-specific structures.

• Experience with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone) and semantic search.

• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, few-shot learning, and LLM fine-tuning.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

• Experience integrating LLMs into product pipelines or SaaS applications is a plus.

• Background in law, architecture, or engineering compliance domains is a plus.

• Familiarity with tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or OpenAI APIs is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop ML/NLP models to interpret, extract, and summarize key insights from regulatory/legal texts.

• Create robust pipelines to connect LLM outputs with IFC (BIM) model metadata and property queries.

• Fine-tune LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face models) for domain-specific tasks.

• Build semantic and contextual search solutions over regulatory corpora.

• Work closely with domain experts to encode regulatory interpretation logic into models.

• Evaluate and optimize model performance, interpretability, and safety.

• Maintain efficient deployment workflows and monitor inference quality in production.

• Collaborate with software and compliance teams to integrate models into workflows.
