Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and/or other public cloud platforms.

• Manage the provisioning of cloud resources, ensuring scalability, reliability, and governance.

• Monitor performance and availability using CloudOps tools such as Azure Monitor, AWS CloudWatch, and logging systems.

• Write and maintain automation scripts (PowerShell, Bash, Python) to streamline operational tasks.

• Collaborate with DevOps and application teams to support CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

• Track and analyze cloud usage patterns to drive cost optimization and recommend FinOps strategies.

• Implement tagging standards, budgets, and alerts to ensure cloud resource accountability.

• Ensure compliance with security and operational policies for cloud resource usage.

• Provide documentation and reports on operational performance, incidents, and cost trends.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Experience managing daily operations in AWS, Azure, or multi-cloud environments.

• Familiarity with CloudOps tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, CloudWatch, AWS Config).

• Proficiency in automation scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python).

• Understanding of CI/CD concepts and DevOps workflows.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• AWS or Azure Fundamentals certification (AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals).

• DevOps certifications (AWS DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer) are a plus.

• Experience with FinOps or cloud cost optimization tools (CloudHealth, Azure Cost Management, AWS Budgets).

• Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM templates).
