Requirements:

Several years of experience in consulting or project management in IT, CRM, or Business Intelligence (BI), with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Insights, Service, or Field Service

Strong analytical thinking, a solution-oriented, independent working style, and the ability to lead projects with enthusiasm and responsibility

Motivation to work on exciting client projects with modern technologies and avoid routine

Team spirit, strong communication skills, and service-oriented mindset

Very good command of German and English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities :

Lead and manage CRM projects from requirements analysis to successful implementation

Design and configure customized CRM solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly in Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Insights, Service, or Field Service

Manage project teams and external service providers

Oversee projects from start to finish and use the latest technologies to solve technical challenges

Key account management, including identifying opportunities for further development

Actively support the advancement of our CRM strategy and portfolio in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 area
