Our team is over 50 people including web (C#/.NET, Java, JS) & mobile (iOS/Android/Ionic) developers together with business analysts, project managers, QA, and support staff. Currently, we are searching for Senior Performance Engineer to join the big team of professionals. We are looking for an active, responsive, and devoted person.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in .NET development with strong expertise in .NET Core, ASP.NET, and C#.
• Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and .NET Core, with strong knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
• Experience with databases such as SQL Server and Entity Framework, and familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with microservices architecture.

Your Mission:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality applications and services using the .NET framework.
• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to design system architecture and solution frameworks that meet business requirements and performance expectations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, conduct code reviews, and share best practices.
• Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to understand requirements, provide technical insights, and deliver solutions that align with business goals.
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues and bugs, continuously improving application performance and reliability.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for application designs, code, and development processes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, evaluating and recommending new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance development practices.
